Positive: It was extremely well prepared, well organised, new, super clean. Great location very close to market and bakery. Owners were very thoughtful, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Owners had gifts for us. You can find all amenities that you need in a home. All new and good quality. Big space. Lots of storage and balcony.
Negative: Everything was perfect. It didn’t effect us but the only thing we were hearing the cars when the windows open because it was by the road.
Summary: We didn’t want to leave:)

Negative: Wifi was intermittent, but usually recovered quickly.

Positive: spotless clean, kitchen facilities are adequate, the mountain view is excellent, very helpful host accept our early check in. location is perfect, supermarket just next block. walk to the train station within 5 minutes, free parking in front of the house.
Negative: if they provide washing machine that will be appreciate.

Positive: The location was excellent, with a great view of the mountains. Our hosts were easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable.
Negative: Carrying luggage up three flights of stairs was challenging, but we did get help from our hosts both going up and coming down. Thanks! We had to be careful with the sloping ceiling - we placed our suitcases strategically so as to avoid bumping our heads.
Summary: Beautiful apartment with great mountain view.

Positive: One of the friendliest hosts I ever met. Pretty new and Spacious appartment with all facilities. Close (3 minutes walk) to Berchtesgaden central station (bus and train), hence greater connectivity to all attractions.
